Chiranjeevi about youth and fans

Film star Chiranjeevi unveiled his political party named 'Prajarajyam' in Tirupati on Tuesday. While addressing the huge crowd of supporters Chiranjeevi said,

"The new party will have social justice as its main agenda." Chiranjeevi said that he was very happy by the response of the people towards his decision of joining politics.

"I firmly believe in youth power and I am hungry to serve the people of my state," he said. He also thanked his supporters for coming in large numbers at the party launch and said that he knows the pulse of the public. Lakhs of Chiranjeevi fans poured in from all over Andhra Pradesh to listen to their star revealing the name and agenda of his party.

An eight-feet high huge dais had been constructed for the occasion, which comprised of big pictures of Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, B R Ambedkar, Jyotirao Phule and a digital screen at the centre. Unlike many political meetings digital screens at strategic places, first aid clinics, fire engines, water packets and other amenities were arranged for the public. Over 2,500 security personnel including bomb disposal squads and dog squads were deployed at the venue to maintain order.
