CHIRU'S PARTY PRAJARAGJYAM
Telugu idol Megastar Chiranjeevi has finally announced his party’s name – ’Prajarajyam’. In a huge rally held in the temple-town of Tirupati on 26th August, to formally launch his party, Chiranjeevi, after a dramatic onstage countdown, announced the name of his party and later unfurled his party’s flag, designed beautifully in white and green with a dark red sun superimposed on the white section. This follows his address to the press on August 17, when he formally declared his intention to join politics.
Cheered on by an estimated 10-lakh crowd, comprising largely of his fans and well-wishers, Chiranjeevi declared in an emotion-choked voice what he is in politics to serve the people. In a speech that would have made any seasoned politician proud, Chiranjeevi gave all the politically-correct sound bytes, ranging from "Youth power is my power" to "My party is of the people, for the people and by the people" to "My pulse beats for the Telugu’s." While he made it amply clear that social justice is his party’s main agenda, with the emphasis on the welfare of farmers and working classes, there were also bold references to the highly sensitive issue of separate statehood for the Telangana region.

Nellore Mayor Pulimi Sailaja joined PRP
Dear Chiru fans,
You might already know that Nellore Mayor, Ms Pulimi Sailaja start working towards strengthening Praja Rajyam Party. I just wanted to let you all know the little bit history about Nellore MLA, Anam Vivekananda Reddy and his high handed behavior.
As you already know about the news that the Nellore Mayor, Ms Pulimi Sailaja Reddy, fainted in the municipal council meeting hall after Anam Jaya Kumar Reddy, S.Kalyan, Shalini, Bhanu Sree of her own party corporators (Congress), obstructed her and she fell during the scuffle.
Since Ms Pulimi Sailaja was selected by the congress party as Mayor of Nellore, she had been facing the consistent opposition from local Nellore Congress MLA, Mr.Anam Vivekananda Reddy. The MLA likes to get appointed his close (girl) friend (??) as Mayor of Nellore and his brother Anam Jay Kumar Reddy as Deputy Mayor of Nellore.
Due to the high handed behavior of Anam brothers with local people, grandson of A.C.Subba Reddy and including on news reporters, the citizens of Nellore gave a shock treatment to Anam brothers by electing mote number of TDP corporators.
During the corporation elections Anam Brothers did allocated a good number strong congress seats to CPI (M), in order to block the way for aspiring youth congress leaders. Under inevitable conditions, MLA gave tickets to his opponents in the party, but in less desirable areas.
MLA did all his best to block the way for Ms.Pulimi Sailaja, not give the corporator ticket, even though her family is consistently winning the seat for the past several decades.
MLA tried to get the corporator ticket to a defunct local women congress leader Ms.Sahana and who happens to be a Brahmin. Some how he could not able to succeed in securing the ticket for Ms.Sahana.
Even before the elections MLA did "Gerry mandering" - shifting the boundaries of the ward limits, so that Ms.Salija or Ms.Sahana will get defeated if they get the ticket.
But some how Ms.Pulimi Salija get the ticket and she won the seat by a huge margin than the MLA's own brother. During the elections time, MLA's girl friend Bhanu Sree's ward is adjoining to the Ms.Sailaja ward and MLA and his girl friend canvassed to vote for Ms.Sailaja's opponent, a TDP candidate.
Ms.Sailaja has been handling the MLA very gently and still not budging to his corruption requests. Since beginning Ms.Sailaja is trying to run the corporation systematically as per rules.
But MLA and his corporator brother Jay Kumar Reddy do not want that. They wanted to run the corporation however they would like to run, by appointing Bhanu Sree as Mayor.
While MLA is trying to obstruct the day to day activities of the corporation, Mayor approached the central minister S.Jaipal Reddy and get secured Rs.560 crore rupees under ground drainage project for Nellore. Actually the corporators need to approve the project on the day of they attacked the Mayor Sailaja. MLA do not want to that happen, since for the last 80 years none of his family members did not get sanctioned the size of the project Ms.Sailaja secured.
Ms.Pulimi Sailaja's family has been loyal to Anam family since the days of A. C. Subba Reddy. But this newly designated Ex-MLA's by 2009, Mr. Anam Vivekananda Reddy and Mr. Anam Ram Narayana Reddy together successfully chased away many of their strong supporters.
The reason I have posted this article, is that some of Chiru fans may be thinking that they wanted to work towards defeating Anam brothers, so that Chiru will become CM.
I am hoping that Anam brothers need to spend next 15years to clean their mess in order to get re-elect to assembly, may be they may never ever get an opportunity to correct themselves, because god will take them to appropriate place they deserve.
Defeat Anam Brothers
I am not trying to hurt any individual’s feelings here on the board: Here is the list (most) of the Anam family public office details. They have not done anything to Nellore, when compared to the magnitude of the support they get from Nellore district. Originally they even do not belong to Nellore, they migrated from West Godavari. I am surprised that this family has been duping public for a long time and still getting elected to public offices. Anam family done nothing to Nellore, except that they claim they have done so many things to Nellore. They have been winning elections on the pretext that they are the champions of Pakanati Reddy’s (Kapu) against Panta Reddy’s (Kapu) . Pakanati Reddy’s are metta farmers. Panta Reddy’s are delta farmers. Due to information technology, liberalization the line between Panta and Pakanati is fading away and more over there are several other Pakanati Reddy’s are in politics, who made money outside politics and are ready to out spend Anam family to oust from public offices.
Apart from Pakanati Reddy’s, Kamma / Naidus’ like B. Krishnaiah, Balija’s like Ratnam & Narayana (Colleges) are waiting for their chance to take on Anam family.

ANAM CHECHU SUBBA REDDY – asked to resign from Damodaram Sanjivaiah ministry, because he used to call Chief Minister as MM. The public meaning is Mukhya Mantri, private meaning is Mala Mantri.
ANAM SANJEEV REDDY – resigned as minister of Civil Supplies on corruption charges of smuggling Rice to Kerala.
ANAM BHAKTAVATSALA REDDY – I am not sure why he withdraws from public life.
ANAM VENKATA REDDY - faded away after back stabbing N.T .Rama Rao. People say that father and son tactfully stick to two sides one for N.T .Rama Rao and one for N.Bhaskara Rao. But public do not know this tactics and Anam family marketed Ram Nanaraya as a person of word and get Ministry berth in N.T.Rama Rao’s cabinet.

Support Nellore Mayor Pulimi Sailaja in her fight with Anam brothers
Few weeks earlier I spoke with few friends close to Anam Vivekananda Reddy and Pulimi Sailaja.
S.Ramachandra Rao, Ex-Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh State, is arguing on behalf of Pulimi Sailaja. S.Ramachandra Rao is from Kavali, Nellore
S. R. Ashok Reddy, Sr. A.P. High Court Advocate, is arguing on behalf of Anam Vivekananda Reddy. S. R. Ashok Reddy is from Kovur, Nellore.
A.P. Govt advocate general Mohan Reddy attended court and requested time to file a counter.
It looks like A.P. State Govt show cause notice contents are perky, flimsy and frivolous. Some how Anam Vivekananda Reddy committing a big blunder and affecting congress part in four constituencies.
Mayor Pulimi Sailaja’s husband is Pakanati Reddy (Kapu) and has an extensive network of relatives in Nellore Town, Atmakur and Nellore Rural. Pulimi Sailaja was born and brought up in Sarvepalli constituency and belong to Desur Reddy(Kapu) community. In Sarvepalli desur reddy’s are very strong and can influence the election decision. Desur reddy’s are spread along the coast up to Sullurpet.
So far Anam Vivekananda Reddy was famous for harassing two woman mayors (1) Pulimi Sailaja (INC) (2) Tallapaka Anuradha (TDP).
Entire town knows that he wanted to make his girl friend as Mayor of Nellore. He gained a reputation of women basher and womanizer.
Remedy for bogus voters(s)
Dear Chiru fans,
You might have heard about by-election news for a municipal corporation division in Nellore. The by-election was necessitated by the death of an Indian National Congress corporator. There was an understanding between the TDP and INC district leadership that TDP should not contest in the by-election, because the corporator died due to an illness and agreed to elect the deceased corpotator’s wife unanimously.
But the corporation division TDP committee wanted to field a candidate in the election, so the TDP leadership inevitable allowed to file a nomination on party basis. TDP leadership and every sensible politician predicted that INC candidate’s win is eminent. So the Nellore City and District TDP leadership did not provide the needed logistic support to the TDP candidate whole heartedly. INC fielded deceased corporator brothers’ son. TDP fielded the same candidate who defeated on the deceased corporator.
By all means INC candidate win is eminent due to the wide spread sympathy, Nellore MLA wanted to secure the win with an impressive margin, even though this by-election may not be a decisive for any one. Ever since Nellore Mayor started questioning the high handed behavior of the Nellore MLA, he became defensive and insecure. On top of all these Nellore mayor joined PRP.
So Nellore MLA wanted to cover up his insecure mentality, they want to make sure that the INC candidate should win with an impressive majority. So Anam bothers {Viveka (MLA), Rama Narayana (Minister) and Jaya Kumar Reddy (Corporator)}, spent about 40 lakh rupees for the division by-election.
In spite of this excessive spending, that there is wide spread belief that INC candidate margin may not cross 100 votes. So in order to orchestrate an impressive margin victory, Nellore MLA ordered the RDO to issue fake voter identity cards to his party workers with the names in the by-election division voters list. The insiders confirmed news is that they prepared around 600 fake identity cards.
The TDP candidate does not have sufficient frame work on how organizing his party machinery on the election day. We already know that Nellore Urban & District TDP leadership did not take the election seriously. The police intelligence confirmed that TDP election agents may not get into the polling booths after two hours of the commencement of the polling. In contrast Anam brothers (MLA, Minister, and Corporator) along with the remaining congress leadership and hundreds of the party workers take positions as early as 6:00 AM.
On the election day, Anam brothers make sure that most of their fake voters will poll the first round of bogus voting cycle in the first 2 hours of the poll. For some reason TDP agents could not be able to detect the fake voters, until a bogus voter claimed to be the son of wealthy ex-Congress MLA’s son. The TDP election agent happen to know son of the ex-MLA, he challenged the bogus vote and apprehended the bogus voter and handed over to the police to arrest him. The INC chief election agent K.Sreedhar Reddy started a big drama at the polling booth along with some other INC party workers. In the mean time the bogus voter escaped the police custody. In order to divert the topic, INC chief election agent manhandled the TDP Chief election agent, so that the issue will get diverted and also the news about the fight will be spread, so that common woman should dare to come to polling booth.
The reason I am explaining this entire situation is to get some frame work about, how INC can play the dirty tricks on the election day, so that Chiru fans will get ready with the necessary training to defend Chiranjeevi interests.
I think Chiru fans need to consider the following items:
(1) TDP and INC party workers are more experienced in election management and
Man-power management on polling day.
(2) In 1999 assembly elections Chandrababu Naidu adopted the same bogus voter strategy and secured the victory.
(3) INC is also getting ready with the same strategy for the 2009 elections.
(4) Every single MLA constituency voters list officially changed minimum 10%, means boundaries of the constituencies has been adjusted so that 10% voters are joined from neighboring constituency.
(5) Also several constituencies’ reservation has been changed, means general to SC /ST reserved or SC/ST reservation to General category.
(6) Even for TDP and INC party workers need to get acquainted with the new 10% of the voters, but where as PRP workers need to get acquainted with 100% of the voters.
(7) In order to avoid the recent bogus voters situation, and resist the high handed behavior of the TDP or INC workers Chiru Fans and PRP workers need to do the following:
A. The registration of bogus voters and anarchy behavior of the lumphen elements of the INC and TDP is high in the urban areas. Several reasons causing this situation.
B. In order to make sure that Chiranjeevi should be CM, every Chiru fan need to start thinking how to avoid the bogus voters and how to challenge the INC and TDP lumphen elements. I think the devoted Chiru fans can stop this situation by doing the following:
C. Elect or Nominate booth wise organizing committees and start remembering all the voters in any single election booth. I think every election booth contain approximately 1000 votes.
D. For may people it is difficult to remember the names along with the faces of the 1000 people.
E. So it is a good idea to allocate one electronic camera and one refurbished lap top to each election booth and start collecting every single voter(s) photo and prepare one master PRP voters list. So that the PRP election agent in any given election booth compare the voters identity card with his own list. So that it will create a tremendous pressure on the bogus voter even to venture a fake vote.
F. The bogus voting situation is predominantly in the urban areas, where the population is highly current. Some pockets of the urban areas, where the real estate is very expensive and most of the houses are independent bungalows. But the urban areas, where there are a lot of new apartments are building, the population is highly dynamic / current /changing. These areas are likely target by the INC and TDP. Also the newly emerging low income or slum type of localities is also targeted by TDP and INC for bogus voters.
G. So it is vital to establish booth wise committees and gather a counter intelligence about actual voters and their likely probability of casting their votes. If the local booth committee identifies a probability less than .5 (50%), and if that voter showed up at the polling station, that is a potential voter to challenge as bogus vote.
H. If by any chance that the local booth committee assigns a probability that more that .5 (50%) that either INC or TDP will get majority, then the PRP election agents should start challenge every vote, so that the time it took for casting each vote would increase and we can reduce the risk, that either INC or TDP would get overall majority.
I. In this kind of situations, the INC and TDP elections agents will become nervous and stressed out, so that they will start a fight and that will lead a overall reduction of voter turnout to the polling station. So in this situation, the other booth committee members start mobilizing guaranteed non casted PRP voters to the polling station.
J. In any situation that a PRP booth committee assigns a probability of more than .7 (70%) that INC or TDP would get majority, and then those booths need to be targeted by PRP workers to provoke a tension, which should lead to a lati-charge by the police.
K. Since PRP workers are new to the polling day management, and resisting INC and TDP lumphen elements, some how PRP workers need to get some kind of muscle power to deter the INC & TDP goons.
L. In order to get instant muscle power and psychological abundance stage, we need to identify the rowdy sheeter(s) in any given police station and identify who is not supported by the INC or TDP and get them involved with us on the election day.
M. Also identify the people in the booth committee area, who has been in police records with out a rowdy sheet and make friends with them, so that it needed those guys can work as our musclemen.
N. Also identify if there are any women government workers are on election duty, or any voters any living in a different state, start make arrangements for casting the vote through a postal ballot.
O. In think there are so many other items that we can not discuss openly through this open forum, because people are gathering intelligence.
IMPORTANT: Gather photos of the all the voters in any given urban polling booth and start data base them. If we have a mechanism that tally the voters who casted the vote, we can predict the winner with 95% confidence interval, while the polling is going on. If the results are favorable to us, we can release the info through the PRP grape wine, so that we can demoralize the INC and TDP workers way before the poll closing time.
